• Coordinate and oversee the execution of scheduled stock take programmes.
• Provide regular performance reports on inventory accuracy, stock turnover, system uptime, and compliance with stock take schedules.
• Address inventory control challenges and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory accounting across distributed locations, ensuring reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Manage high volumes of inventory transactions and detect errors amid large volumes of transactions.
• Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, often involving coordination with multiple stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred


• At least 5 years of relevant experience in inventory management or logistics operations


• Possess technical knowledge of enterprise Logistics IT systems


• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under time and resource constraints


• Organised and meticulous
