The Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a skilled Inventory Controller responsible for end-to-end management and accountability of all stores under the Logistics Support Centre. You will track inventory movement across the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) and ensure accurate system-based accounting across storage locations.

This role requires at least five years in inventory management or logistics, plus knowledge of enterprise logistics IT systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within information systems.
• Monitor real-time inventory levels, asset locations and movement across various locations.
• Implement data validation checks to detect and rectify discrepancies and ensure system data accurately reflects physical stock at all times.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of scheduled stock take programmes.
• Provide regular performance reports on inventory accuracy, stock turnover, system uptime, and compliance with stock take schedules.
• Address inventory control challenges and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory accounting across distributed locations, ensuring reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Manage high volumes of inventory transactions and detect errors amid large volumes of transactions.
• Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, often involving coordination with multiple stakeholders.
