Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore is seeking an experienced Inventory & Logistics professional to manage end-to-end stores at the Logistics Support Centre. You will monitor inventory movement across the DIS and ensure accurate system-based accounting across multiple storage locations.

You should have 5+ years in inventory management or logistics, and solid knowledge of enterprise Logistics IT systems, with the ability to multitask and stay organized under time and resource constraints.

Qualifications

• Education in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in inventory management or logistics operations.
• Possess technical knowledge of enterprise Logistics IT systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under time and resource constraints.
• Organised and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and accountability of all stores under the Logistics Support Centre.
• Track inventory movement across the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) and ensure accurate system-based accounting across storage locations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within information systems.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of scheduled stock take programmes.
• Provide regular performance reports on inventory accuracy, stock turnover, system uptime, and compliance with stock take schedules.
