Job summary

HCA Hospice Limited in Singapore is seeking an Executive, Advocacy & Partnerships to lead fundraising operations, donor stewardship, and institutional partnerships. You will coordinate fundraising events, corporate giving, and donor management using CRM systems to ensure compliant stewardship and measurable results.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to build trusted relationships that support patients and families, with occasional evening or weekend events to engage

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in relevant fields as listed in the qualifications.
Experience in donor relations, philanthropy or partnerships is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication is essential.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute fundraising events with budgets and sponsorships.
Develop and implement corporate giving strategies and partnerships.
Utilize donor systems to identify opportunities and convert supporters into donors.
Analyze donor data and track fundraising performance to improve results.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging fundraising initiatives.
