Job summary

EtonHouse International Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to lead fundraising, donor management, and events, while assisting in marketing activities to raise support for our initiatives.

The role oversees corporate partner engagement for CSR programmes, builds donor networks, and develops stewardship plans. You will work with the Programs team to recruit volunteers, coordinate communications, and produce materials such as impact reports and newsletters.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of relevant fundraising/CSR experience.
• Strong fundraising and partnership-building skills with a proven track record.
• Working knowledge of donor management and stewardship.
• Experience in social service or non-profit sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organise fundraising events/projects to achieve yearly objectives.
• Oversee engagement of corporate partners on CSR programmes and giving platforms.
• Lead plans to build donor network, engagement and relationship management.
• Manage donor stewardship, including engaging donor appreciation programs.
• Recruit volunteers with Programs team to support ECF activities.
• Oversee marketing communications with interns/consultants and update across channels.
• Create materials (impact reports, newsletters, brand collateral) for fundraising.
• Set up online fundraising campaigns to raise retail and recurring donations.
