Mount Alvernia Hospital in Singapore is seeking a proactive Operations & Front Office Coordinator to oversee daily front desk and security activities. You will plan staff deployment, supervise frontline teams and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Coordinate daily Front Office and Security operations, including front desk, concierge/porter and security services.
Plan and monitor staff deployment, duty rosters, attendance and operational coverage.
Supervise, guide and coach frontline staff to maintain service and operational standards.
Attend to patient and visitor enquiries, feedback and complaints, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Coordinate and support security operations, including patrols, CCTV surveillance, access control, key control and incident reporting.
Respond to and support hospital emergencies and emergency procedures.
Conduct regular ground checks and identify operational or service gaps for improvement.
Coordinate incident investigations, reporting and follow-up actions.
Liaise with internal departments, vendors and contractors on operational and security matters.
Support staff briefings, training, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, Security, Operations Management or a related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Customer service, Hospitality, Healthcare, Facilities or Security.
Experience in supervising or coordinating frontline staff is preferred.
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational matters.
Hands-on, proactive and service-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
