ElevenLabs moves fast and this role provides the operational backbone for senior leadership, coordinating across time zones and handling confidential matters to keep the leadership focused on strategic priorities.

Based in Singapore or Sydney, you’ll manage calendars, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration, while exploring automation opportunities with AI tools to improve efficiency and scale with the company’s rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for a wide range of stakeholders.
• High discretion and trust when handling sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners; support senior leaders.
• Anticipate needs, flag conflicts, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Collaborate with other EAs to maintain cross-functional coordination.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI tools.
• Build scalable processes and systems for rapid growth.
