Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a hands-on IT Engineer to support a global workforce as the company scales. This role focuses on identity, endpoint management, office infrastructure, automation and compliance, working closely with Security and Operations to ensure secure productivity across distributed teams.

Remote-first with optional offices in Singapore or Sydney; strong automation culture and impactful projects across a fast-growing AI platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT engineering or DevOps role with automation-first mindset.
• IAM technologies (SAML, SCIM, OIDC) with Okta/Google Workspace.
• MDM tooling across a device fleet (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Fleet).
• Scripting to automate compliance checks and device configuration.
• Experience managing office network gear (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti).
• Proven capability to maintain SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance, with strong user focus.
• Prior startup or high-growth environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT projects across identity, endpoint management, office infrastructure and compliance.
• Collaborate with Security and Operations to keep endpoints and networks secure.
• Build scalable IT systems to support the company as it grows.
• Maintain compliance with standards and support end users.
