Job summary

National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to provide administrative and operational support for the Neuropalliative Programme. You will assist the Programme Director and liaise with clinical and non‑clinical team members to ensure smooth programme functioning.

The role involves coordinating with internal and external partners, data management, and preparing progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and funding agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Psychology, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field.
• A few years of relevant experience in program administration will be desirable.
• Possess good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative, multi-task and work independently.
• Good IT literacy and statistics skills are also desirable.

The Senior Executive/ AssistantManager will provide administrative and operational support for all activitiesand initiatives under the Neurpalliatve Program. He/She will assist theProgramme Director and Manager and liaise with the other clinical and non-clinicalmembers in the team to ensure the smooth functioning of the Programme.
