Job summary

The National Neuroscience Institute of Singapore invites applications for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to provide administrative and operational support for the Neuropalliative Programme, assisting the Programme Director and Manager while liaising with clinical and non-clinical team members to ensure smooth programme functioning.

The role requires degree in Life Sciences or related field, a few years of programme administration experience, and strong organisational, communication and IT

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Psychology, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field.
• A few years of relevant experience in programme administration desirable.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative, multi-task and work independently.
• Good IT literacy and statistics skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, finance and operational support for the Neuropalliative Programme.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external partners.
• Handle case data collation and management of databases.
• Perform data analyses to evaluate Programme outcomes.
• Assist in preparation of progress reports, abstracts/manuscripts, and presentations to stakeholders and funding agency.
