Job summary

SingHealth Community Hospitals is seeking a proactive HR Learning and Development Associate to support L&D operations and help implement plans, programmes, policies and procedures aligned to organisational goals.

You will handle programmes for new hires, assist with the annual learning needs analysis, deploy learning plans, maintain learning systems, prepare reports and payments, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably HR or Business Administration
• At least 1 year of relevant HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and learning attitude
• Customer service oriented, resourceful, meticulous, organised and independent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS

Responsibilities

Job description

You will support the HR Learning and Development operations within SingHealth Community Hospitals and play a vital role in implementing Learning and Development plans, programmes, policies and procedures to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organisational goals and objectives.

You will be involved in managing fundamental programmes for new hires, support the annual learning needs analysis exercise, deployment of learning plans, maintenance of learning systems, preparation of learning reports and payments and any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably major in Human Resource or Business Administration
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR
• Possess good interpersonal skills and a keen learning attitude
• Customer service-oriented, resourceful, meticulous, organised and independent
• Strong in written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, HR Information Systems and productivity tools
• Entry level bachelor degree graduates are welcomed to apply
