Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Lead System Administrator to own the Microsoft Exchange environment, including on-premises and Exchange Online, and to drive migrations to Microsoft 365.

You will work with global teams across IAM and workplace technology, taking responsibility for messaging administration and automation. The role requires hands-on expertise in Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server, and PowerShell, with a focus on secure and reliable enterprise messaging.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing on-premises Microsoft Exchange (preferably 2019/Subscription Edition).
Experience planning and executing migrations to Exchange Online / Microsoft 365.
Solid knowledge of Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

Administer and support on-premises Exchange environment (Exchange 2019 / Subscription Edition) and Exchange Online; manage mail flow, mailbox administration, distribution groups, and licensing.
Plan and deliver migrations from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online / Microsoft 365, including hybrid coexistence and cutover activities.
Support messaging-related activities across Entra ID and Azure, integrate with SSO and federation technologies; maintain core Windows infrastructure and automate tasks with PowerShell.
