Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking a Lead System Administrator in Singapore to manage the on‑premises Exchange environment and Exchange Online, with strong migration ownership. You will work with global teams across IAM and workplace technology to ensure secure, reliable messaging infrastructure while enabling hybrid coexistence and smooth cutovers.

The role requires hands‑on Exchange administration, experience with Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365, and proficiency in PowerShell.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering on-premises Exchange (Exchange 2019 or Subscription Edition) and Exchange Online.
Experience planning and delivering migrations to Exchange Online / Microsoft 365, including hybrid coexistence and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

Administer and support on-premises Exchange environment (Exchange 2019/Subscription Edition) and Exchange Online.
Plan and execute migrations from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online / Microsoft 365, including hybrid coexistence.
Support messaging-related activities across Microsoft Entra ID and Azure, including integration with SSO and federation technologies.
Maintain Windows infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, AD Connect) and automate routine tasks with PowerShell.
