Job summary

MORROW HEALTH in Singapore is seeking a friendly, service-oriented team member to be the welcoming face of our facility and guide members through the MORROW experience. You will help create a warm environment that reflects our standards and supports busy schedules.

You will assist with tours, events, and daily requests, while keeping spaces clean and inviting. The role includes support for opening/closing procedures and special projects, in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; welcoming attitude and eagerness to learn are valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Friendly, approachable, service-oriented, reliable, and team-focused.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members, guests and visitors in the MORROW HEALTH facility.
• Support member tours, events, and day-to-day requests to create memorable experiences.
• Help maintain cleanliness and presentation of all member-facing spaces.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and routine operational tasks.
