Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in events, are proactive, adaptable under pressure, and possess excellent spoken and written communication. Proficiency with Google Suite is required to deliver polished results.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma holder in related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in events industry preferred.
• Creative, resourceful and energetic with strong organisational skills.
• A dedicated proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys growth through challenges.
• Able to think on one’s feet and respond quickly under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for sales team to brainstorm, conceptualise and develop creative and polished proposals for pitching.
• Plan, manage and execute projects according to timeline and workflow ensuring quality standards are met.
• Control budget in the most efficient manner through sourcing, curating, negotiating and relationship maintaining with suppliers.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects.
• Lead, manage and coordinate projects effectively with external stakeholders end-to-end including setup and teardown.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide impactful ideas in our offerings.
