Job summary

VISIONNAIRE - CREATEUR D'EVENEMENTS is seeking an Events Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee end-to-end delivery of high-end events in Singapore. You will coordinate timelines and budgets, collaborate with creative and production teams, and supervise on-site operations to ensure flawless execution aligned with sustainability standards.

The role demands proactive problem-solving, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to deliver refined, brand-aligned experiences

Qualifications

• Strong client account management and relationship-building.
• Experience in end-to-end event planning, budgeting, and logistics.
• Ability to translate client goals into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Proven vendor and venue negotiation and coordination skills.
• Experience with luxury or premium brand events and experiential marketing.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication; other languages are a plus.
• Comfort working in fast-paced on-site environments, including evenings/weekends.
• Understanding of sustainable event practices and interest in applying them.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and translate objectives into briefs for internal and partner teams.
• Coordinate timelines and budgets, supervise planning and production, ensure standards of excellence and sustainability.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver cohesive event concepts.
• Negotiate with suppliers and venues, manage onsite operations, and ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare post-event reports and insights to inform future projects.
