Job summary

The Senior Executive will coordinate events from planning to execution, manage publicity efforts and support the operational needs of the Recreation Centre.

This is a contract position with a contract period until 31 Mar 2029, with the possibility of extension. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in event management or community engagement and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event management or community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recreational and wellness programmes from planning to execution.
• Manage event publicity materials and social media promotion.
• Support venue setup and daily centre operations during events.
• Coordinate with partners and volunteers for programme delivery.
• Maintain databases, prepare post-event reports and expenditure summaries.
