Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Centre Management / Integrated Development Management. The role oversees operations, leasing, advertising, promotions and tenancy management for integrated community developments, coordinating with stakeholders to meet strategic targets.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of leadership experience in centre or asset management within retail, commercial or mixed-use settings, with strong operations knowledge and communication skills for

Qualifications

Qualification in any relevant field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in leading a team in centre management or asset management.
Experience in centre management of integrated community development and management of Managing Agent is a plus.
Knowledge of best practices in operations.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to ensure smooth operations of the building and oversee premises handover.
Define the development strategy and execute to achieve targets.
Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet requirements and objectives.
Oversee outsourced vendors to ensure quality standards.
Develop plans and activities to achieve targets and present management reports.
