Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing membership programs, campaigns, promotions, and member events per plans and timelines.
• Coordinate and support execution of member events (e.g., gala dinners, tournaments, performances), ensuring smooth operations, vendor management, and budgets.
• Participate in cross-functional project coordination as required.
• Generate reports and analyses to evaluate direct marketing campaigns and identify improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and customer experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
