Job summary

StarCharge APAC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex EV initiatives in Singapore. You will define scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and strategic insight into market trends. Travel to client sites and partners may be required to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of EV market dynamics, charging infrastructure, and related tech.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with defined scope, objectives, deliverables and resource needs.
• Oversee execution, monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement and external contractors.
• Proactively identify issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project communications with internal and external parties.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to minimize impact on outcomes.
• Generate progress reports, status updates and project documentation.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and exceed expectations in project delivery.
• Foster continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and implementing best practices.
