Job summary

starcharge energy pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical and EV charging initiatives in Singapore. You will define scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource needs with senior stakeholders to set clear project direction.

You will oversee execution, monitor progress, manage budgets, coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement and external contractors, and communicate updates to all stakeholders while driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; MBA or PMP a plus.
• Strong understanding of EV market dynamics and charging infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource needs with stakeholders.
• Oversee execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources cost-effectively.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and contractors.
• Identify issues with urgency and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project communications.
• Assess risks and develop strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Generate progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and address client concerns.
• Foster continuous improvement by applying best practices across projects.
