Job summary

The HR Ecology Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician to perform machine performance validation on semiconductor packaging equipment, calibrate and test setups, and provide level 1 support for assembly processes.

You will work with Process Engineers to develop inspection protocols and enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring fixtures, jigs and work instructions are ready for production and timely test data input for reports.

Qualifications

Nitec or Diploma qualification required.
3–6 years of experience in related field.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with hands-on competency.

Responsibilities

Perform machine performance validation on semiconductor packaging equipment through calibration, setup and testing.
Provide level 1 support to identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems.
Support Process Engineer to develop and qualify manufacturing inspection protocols.
Assist in development and enhancement of process recipes, tooling or manufacturing processes.
Ensure fixtures, jigs, drawings and work instructions are available for manufacturing processes.
Input manufacturing test data and support reporting on machine quality.
Lead assembly/troubleshooting/testing activities for more senior role.
