• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science or related Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine calibration, setup, validation and testing on semiconductor packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to improve yield and manufacturing performance.
• Support process qualification, validation and continuous process improvement.
• Assist in developing and enhancing manufacturing processes, tooling and work instructions.
• Ensure fixtures, jigs and documentation are maintained for production.
• Analyse manufacturing data and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Process Engineers to achieve production and quality targets.
