Job summary

You will work with process engineering, technology development, manufacturing, and suppliers to identify breakthrough technologies to boost factory capability and cost competitiveness. The role requires deep semiconductor process and equipment knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to drive technology readiness and deployment at scale

Qualifications

• PhD with 8+ years, MS with 12+ years, or BS with 15+ years in semiconductors.
• Experience in semiconductor process/equipment development and high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of front-end semiconductor manufacturing and process/equipment interaction.
• Proven track record leading complex technical programs across orgs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware advancement and differentiate equipment for high-volume readiness.
• Develop and proliferate AI and equipment automation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to influence architecture and roadmaps.
• Maintain multi-year manufacturing capability roadmaps.
• Bridge Tech Development and HVM to deploy new capabilities.
