Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer for APTD Operations to lead technology development and engineering builds with cross-functional teams across process, equipment, and manufacturing.

You will define build plans, align milestones, and manage resources to meet program requirements. You will optimize schedules, supervise daily execution, coordinate with internal and external partners, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
3–5+ years’ experience in Semiconductor Frontend/Backend Manufacturing.
Minimum 1 year of HBM experience.
Experience in Project/Process Integration, Project/Program Management, Technology Development, Operations Management, or Process Engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and execute build plans, milestones, and schedules with cross-functional stakeholders.
Forecast build, material, cost, and resource requirements with accurate planning data.
Optimize build schedules, material preparation, and logistics to minimize waste and delays.
Supervise daily execution, including wafer offloading, kitting, and TD build support.
Coordinate engineering builds and APTD operations per standards and processes.
Facilitate reviews to track progress and address challenges for operation readiness.
