Qualifications

• PhD with 8+ years in semiconductor industry, or MS with substantial experience, or BS with long track record.
• Experience in semiconductor process development and equipment integration.
• Strong communication and leadership across global teams.
• Ability to drive cross-functional programs and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation, and deployment of differentiated equipment for high-volume manufacturing readiness.
• Drive AI and equipment automation to advance differentiation and productivity.
• Collaborate with strategic suppliers to influence future equipment architecture and roadmaps.
• Develop multi-year manufacturing capability roadmaps aligned with Micron objectives.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within a global matrix.
