Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager for FE OCT MAE in Singapore to lead improvements in manufacturing capability and drive world-class performance. You will coordinate with global teams, implement standards, and mobilize resources to close gaps across sites. Willingness to travel internationally is required.

You will influence cross-functional partners, mentor teams, and champion AI-enabled practices while managing large, multi-layer groups to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Equipment or Process.
• Proven ability to collaborate globally and influence indirect leadership.
• Demonstrated capability in dealing with complexity and applying resources effectively.
• Recognized for performance excellence and successful leadership characteristics.
• Viewed as an excellent mentor, team builder, and motivator.
• Experience managing large, multi-layer groups encompassing a variety of fields.
• Proficiency in managing through systems, informing, organizational agility, dealing with ambiguity, and listening.
• Proficient in AI or AI-enabled ways of working where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in manufacturing capability and deliver benchmark methods.
• Lead implementation of global standards across process areas.
• Coordinate with sites, procurement, Quality, and OCT departments to achieve objectives.
• Travel internationally as needed to meet goals and align resources.
• Build BKMs and drive equipment and process performance improvements globally.
