Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as Equipment Engineer in Thin film (PVD).
• Experience with LAM SABRE Cu Plating.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, 8D, Ishikawa and root cause analysis tools.
• Growth mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communicator across all levels.

Aufgaben

• Maintain equipment performance in cleanroom environment for quality production.
• Improve tool uptime, reduce defects, enhance hardware capability.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for reliability.
• Analyze FDC data to identify improvements and optimization.
• Provide on‑job training for junior engineers on operations and maintenance.
• Drive cost reduction projects and coordinate with vendors and facilities.
• Communicate with vendors to troubleshoot issues and maintain 5S.
