VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd is seeking an Equipment Engineer to focus on CMP/CVD/PVD tool performance, maintenance, and uptime in a 12" fab environment in Singapore. The ideal candidate will diagnose failures, implement effective solutions, and collaborate with suppliers to optimize tool reliability and productivity.

Applicants should hold a STEM degree and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar equipment engineering role, preferably in a 12" wafer

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.

Aufgaben

• Maintain equipment performance in a cleanroom environment for quality production.
• Handle on-duty tasks and alarm troubleshooting; identify root cause and solve critical equipment issues with urgency.
• Install and qualify new tool sets on schedule to increase capacity promptly.
• Continually improve tool uptime availability, drive defect reduction and enhance hardware capability.
• Develop defense and monitoring systems to prevent equipment failure or performance loss.
• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights to optimize equipment parameters and controls.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and partners to identify deficiencies; develop and validate corrective and preventive solutions.
