Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Equipment Engineer for Thin Film, Etch, and Diffusion processes at its Pasir Ris site in Singapore.

The role focuses on monitoring equipment performance, solving SPC alerts, coordinating maintenance, and collaborating with Production and Process Engineers to ensure high uptime and productivity.

Candidates should have semiconductor foundry experience and knowledge of related equipment, and be able to commit to shift work.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in a semiconductor foundry or wafer fabrication environment.
• Knowledge in Thin Film, Etch, Diffusion, or similar semiconductor process equipment.
• Able to commit shift work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and promptly address SPC alerts, defects, equipment abnormalities, and lot handling issues.
• Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance to meet production requirements.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with Production and Process Engineers to optimize equipment utilization and production schedules.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain equipment performance.
• Analyze equipment issues and implement continuous improvements to enhance production quality and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate new equipment, materials, and equipment modifications to improve reliability and productivity.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, prepare technical reports, and support other engineering duties as assigned.
