Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or E&E engineering.
• Minimum 5 years as Equipment Engineer in Thin Film (PVD).
• Experience with LAM SABRE Cu Plating.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and root-causes tools (8D, Ishikawa).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; growth-minded and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment performance in cleanroom for quality production.
• Improve tool uptime, reduce defects and enhance hardware capability.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for reliability.
• Analyze FDC data to identify improvements and optimizations.
• Provide on-job training for junior engineers on equipment operation.
• Drive cost-reduction projects; coordinate with vendors and Facility Team.
• Communicate with vendors to troubleshoot and maintain 5S in the work area.
