Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in engineering/physical sciences.
• Masters or PhD is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of EPI and/or Thermal Processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EPI and Thermal Process Teams; plan resources to meet objectives.
• Decide actions to resolve issues/defects to ensure wafer quality, quantity, and cost.
• Administer staff-related matters and process documentation.
