Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a hands-on Lead for EPI and Thermal processes in Singapore. You will steer process stability and quality, mentor teams, and align with global technology groups on new processes and materials.

Responsibilities include maintaining SPC/FMEA records, training materials, safety requirements, and regular reporting of key improvements to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master/PhD in engineering, applied science or related fields.
• Strong 5+ years in EPI and/or Thermal processes with technical depth.

• Troubleshoot process issues using 8D, Fishbone, DOE, FMEA, and other methods.
• Manage and develop process teams, including staffing and planning.
• Collaborate with global tech teams on process alignment and qualification.

• Prepare reports and communicate improvements to management.

• Lead EPI and Thermal processes (Poly, RTA,LTO) to ensure process stability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot process issues and defects using 8D, Fishbone, DOE, FMEA, and other problem-solving methods.
• Manage and develop process teams, including resource planning and staff administration.
• Collaborate with global technology teams on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers, and materials.
• Maintain process documentation, SPC/FMEA records, training materials, and safety requirements.
• Prepare regular reports and communicate key activities and improvements to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Master / PhD inEngineering, Applied Science, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Physics,Chemistry or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant EPI and/or Thermal Process experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Proven team leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of SPC, DOE, quality systems, and data analysis.
• Experience with JMP, databases, orstatistical software is an advantage.
