Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Process Engineer to oversee EPI and Thermal processes, driving continuous improvement and leading cross-functional teams to meet quality and cost targets.

You will coordinate with global technology teams and ensure robust documentation and training programs. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background with at least 5 years in EPI/ Thermal processes, plus expertise in quality systems, DOE, and SPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's/PhD advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in EPI and/or Thermal processes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems, data analysis, DOE, and SPC.
• Proficiency with JMP, Visual Basic, databases, and queries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPI and Thermal Processes with focus on stability.
• Troubleshoot issues to meet wafer quality, production, and cost targets.
• Lead EPI and Thermal Process teams and plan resources.
• Manage staff administrative matters and document control.
• Collaborate with global technology teams on process alignment and qualification.
• Apply 8D, Fishbone, DOE and FMEA risk assessment.
• Ensure manufacturing, training, SPC, and FMEA documentation is maintained.
• Support safety and environmental objectives, including JHAs.
• Prepare monthly activity reports; report to Head of Department/Director/VP.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee EPI and Thermal Processes (Poly, RTA, LTO) to ensure process stability and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot process issues and defects to meet wafer quality, production, and cost targets.
• Lead EPI and Thermal Process Teams and plan resources to achieve operational objectives.
• Manage staff-related administrative matters and approve or revise documents according to internal regulations.
• Collaborate with global technology teams on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers, and consumables.
• Apply problem-solving tools (8D, Fishbone, DOE) and risk assessment methods (FMEA).
• Ensure manufacturing, training, SPC, and FMEA documentation is properly maintained.
• Support production safety and environmental objectives, including updating Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Prepare and submit monthly activity reports to management.
• Report directly to the Head of Department / Director / VP of Technology.

Requirements:
