Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to develop and manage detailed baseline project schedules for EPCM environments in Singapore. You will lead planning activities, ensure logical sequencing, and load resources to support critical decisions.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction, at least 10 years in EPC, and strong Primavera P6 skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction.
• 10 years of EPC experience preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline schedules, including WBS, logic, sequencing, and resource loading.
• Monitor and Control Project Progress, performance variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions
• Lead schedule review meetings with project stakeholders and ensure alignment across disciplines
• Prepare advanced reports, including earned value analysis, critical path analysis and delay impact assessments
• Interface with client and internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment of project timelines
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices
