RAMO INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior scheduling professional in Singapore to support project planning and control. You will assist the Project Manager in developing Level 2–4 construction schedules using Primavera P6 within budget and timeline constraints.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of civil scheduling experience, with proven ability in level 4 planning and coordination with clients and main contractors. Tender planning and progress reporting are key facets of the position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years experience required.
Experience in level 4 planning.
Experience with Primavera P6.
Tender submissions experience a plus.
Experience building civil projects with main contractor.

Responsibilities

Assist PM in preparing Level 2–4 construction schedules in Primavera within allocated budget and resources.
Monitor progress, schedules and plans for new proposals of projects.
Prepare progress S curves, coordinate and attend meetings with clients and contractors.
Prepare project progress summary.
Prepares scheduling documents & construction planning docs for tender & project execution.
Performs project performance analysis including earned value from man-hour resources and productivity of third parties.
Prepares progress reporting and updates progress curves to measure progress.
Maintain logical schedules in Primavera P6 to identify problems and alert the team.
