Job summary

Alibaba Southeast Asia Holding Private Limited seeks a Senior Product Solution Architect to drive regional enterprise software opportunities across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. You will own the pipeline, lead demonstrations of Qoder IDE, Qoder CLI, and QoderWork, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to design modern solutions.

The role requires strong English and Mandarin skills, 5+ years in B2B software sales or pre-sales, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
5+ years in B2B enterprise software sales or related roles.
Strong English; Mandarin is a strong plus for collaboration with China teams.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, owning pipeline generation and revenue targets for the territory.
Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, and inbound leads from the Qoder website and Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure.
Build and maintain relationships with enterprise decision-makers (CTO, VP of Engineering, IT Directors).
Deliver product demos and technical presentations for Qoder IDE, Qoder CLI, and QoderWork tailored to customer use cases.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and design solutions accordingly.
Support PoC and pilot engagements, working with product and engineering teams.
