Job summary

Hupo is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical deployment, configuration, and ongoing success of its AI-enabled software solutions for enterprise clients. Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Solutions Architecture or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise SaaS or AI products for large, complex customers.
• Strong API, system integrations, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable designs.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and direct implementation experience.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM systems and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for accounts, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Customise and configure products to meet client requirements across languages and contexts.
• Design and document client-specific content and configurations.
• Support integration with client systems including LMS, CRM, and identity federation.
• Design and manage UAT processes and collect client feedback for prioritisation.
• Oversee QA across the product pipeline and coordinate testing resources.
• Troubleshoot issues across the stack and provide pre/post-sales technical support.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope enhancements and drive delivery.
• Maintain deployment documentation and report on implementation metrics.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and monitoring obligations are met.
