Own the technical sales lifecycle including discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
Translate complex concepts into compelling use cases for both technical and C-level audiences.
Serve as the API security expert for customers, internal teams, and partners.
Take a consultative approach to security transformations and customer challenges.
Act as the technical point of contact to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Gather requirements and collaborate with product/engineering to align solutions.
Present Akamai's API security vision at conferences, webinars, and workshops.
Partner with sales, product management, and engineering to improve the customer experience.
