Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) seeks a senior strategist to strengthen AI adoption across Singapore's financial sector. You will collaborate with financial institutions to identify barriers, shape MAS' regulatory and supervisory strategies, and bridge industry insights with policy considerations to enable safe, scalable AI deployment.

The role is a 3-year contract with responsibilities spanning policy, supervision, and industry development.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, industry development, innovation, business transformation, public policy, regulation, supervision, compliance or risk management within financial services or the public sector.
• Strong understanding of AI adoption opportunities and challenges in financial institutions.
• Understanding of how regulatory, supervisory, governance and compliance considerations influence AI adoption.
• Ability to identify industry-wide challenges and develop practical recommendations across development, supervision and policy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage financial institutions and government agencies.
• Ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups bridging industry, policy, supervisory, compliance and technology perspectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience preparing strategy papers and presentations.
