Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Senior / Executive / Project Engineer, Lean Office to lead lean transformation across infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to implement lean processes, construction technology and AI-enabled solutions.

The role focuses on driving measurable improvements, governance, and data-driven decision making while ensuring security and governance compliance.

Qualifications

Knowledge in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline.
Passion for lean thinking, technology, data and AI to drive transformation in construction.
Prior experience in construction projects or lean construction is advantageous.
Familiarity with BIM, GIS, AI, automation, robotics, digital twins, IoT or data analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Leading lean transformation and developing lean frameworks, standards and governance to improve project delivery performance.
Driving adoption of construction technologies and digital solutions across projects.
Leveraging project data and analytics to improve performance, productivity and decision-making.
Identifying, piloting and scaling AI solutions for engineering and project delivery.
