Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3/4) to ensure client IT infrastructures stay operational. The role focuses on proactive reviews, rapid ticket resolution, and high-level problem management across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Collaboration domains.

You will work with Level 1–2 teams, perform health checks, and support project work, including hardware refreshes and modernization initiatives to maintain service continuity.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in Level 3/4 network engineering or equivalent enterprise environments.
• Experience with incident management and problem resolution following SLA.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management concepts and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 operational support for large-scale data center and campus networks.
• Lead complex network infrastructure projects across multiple vendors and platforms.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis and break-fix activities per SLAs.
• Monitor network health, analyze performance, and contribute to capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, docs, and deployment guides.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to implement changes.
