Job summary

SAGL CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Administrator to administer, monitor, and secure enterprise network infrastructure across the Singapore office.

You will ensure high availability, performance, and strict SLA compliance. You will manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related devices; respond to incidents; monitor via NMS; document topologies and capacity; and coordinate with vendors. Candidates should have 3+ years in enterprise networking, hold CCNA and ITIL Foundation,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on operational experience in enterprise network and security infrastructure management.
• Diploma in IT or related technical discipline.
• Strong L2/L3 routing and switching, firewall policy administration, analytical troubleshooting, and ITSM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Admin: Provision, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and related devices.
• Incident Response: conduct rapid fault isolation and root-cause analysis per ITIL SLAs.
• Network Operations: monitor telemetry, traffic patterns, and security events via NMS.
• Documentation: maintain topology diagrams, backups, RMA pipelines, and capacity metrics.
• Vendor Management: escalate and coordinate with ISPs, telcos, and vendors for provisioning.
