Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a seasoned L3 Senior Network Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for enterprise networks, diagnose complex incidents, and ensure high service availability at customer sites.

The role also involves designing training, mentoring Tier1/Tier2 engineers, creating knowledge base articles, and promoting best practices. Strong Cisco, security, wireless, and data centre skills are essential, with experience in on‑prem and cloud networking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on enterprise network support experience, with at least 3 years in a Tier 3 senior network engineering role.
• Strong experience in LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center, and Network Security technologies.
• Experience with implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and break-fix activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for customers' enterprise network infrastructure.
• Act as the final technical escalation point for complex incidents beyond Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation, patching and root cause analysis to restore services within agreed service levels.
• Open, manage, and drive TAC cases with principal vendors until successful resolution.
