DNA AI TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a senior Java engineering leader to architect and deliver enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices. You will drive modern, scalable cloud-native solutions and secure API integrations in a globally distributed team.

The role requires deep Java expertise (8/11/17/21), Spring ecosystem mastery, and hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices. You will mentor engineers and align technical deliveries with business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering with enterprise Java.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17/21 and Spring stack.
• Experience with microservices, REST/SOAP, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and develop enterprise Java apps, microservices, and APIs.
• Modernize solutions with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Security.
• Drive migration to cloud-native architectures with minimal disruption.
• Design distributed, event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS.
• Build secure APIs with OAuth2, JWT, OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Lead design reviews and establish engineering standards.
• Develop automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
• Design across relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, Redis).
• Drive cloud adoption on AWS (EC2, ECS, Fargate, RDS, S3, CloudWatch).
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize capacity, scalability, performance.
• Lead zero-downtime deployment and ensure high availability.
• Partner with product/architects to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and foster knowledge sharing.
• Lead globally distributed teams in Agile/Scrum.
