Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of Java server-side experience, strong Spring expertise, and a solid foundation in OO design, TDD, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years server-side Java development.
• Proficient with Spring (Boot, MVC, Batch, JPA).
• Strong TDD/Unit testing with JUnit/TestNG/Mockito; Selenium a plus.
• Experience with SQL databases and designing schemas.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software.
• Contribute to architecture design and lead major initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and QA to ship high-quality software on time.
• Mentor teammates: code/design reviews, quality and process improvements.
• Write scalable, high-performance code with maintainability in mind.
