Xendit is seeking a Senior Implementations Manager to lead onboarding of large enterprise clients onto our payments platform in a fast‑growing B2B fintech environment. You will own the end‑to‑end journey from post‑sale handover to go‑live, coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires managing complex onboarding projects, API integrations, and stakeholder communication, with strong English and Mandarin skills for Greater China

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of onboarding/implementation/project management experience in B2B SaaS/fintech/payments
• Led end‑to‑end enterprise implementations from post‑sale to go‑live
• Strong PM skills: timelines, dependencies, risks, multi‑stakeholder management
• Hands‑on API integrations and technical product implementations with eng teams
• Engages enterprise clients; handles complex requirements, escalations, senior stakeholders
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance
• Fluent English and Mandarin for Greater China clients
• High ownership and accountability, independent in fast‑paced growth environments

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation for enterprise and mid‑market clients.
• Develop and manage structured implementation plans with timelines and success criteria.
• Act as primary onboarding contact, align with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Lead technical integrations, API implementations, and system configuration.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations to unblock delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance.
• Facilitate client workshops, solution discussions and training sessions.
• Drive clear communication, status updates, and executive summaries as needed.
• Support onboarding of Greater China clients navigating language and cultural nuances.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and playbooks.
• Ensure smooth handover to post‑go‑live teams with proper documentation.
