Job summary

Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an Engagement Manager to lead complex, multi-staff implementations of Stripe’s platform for enterprise clients. You will drive program management, deployment adoption, and governance across product and engineering teams.

You will translate demanding business needs into scalable technical solutions, manage risks, and ensure a smooth handover to support. Mandarin and English fluency is preferred for Greater China clients.

Qualifications

8+ years of consulting with enterprise level users on technology solutions.
Ability to translate complex business needs into tailored solutions.
Able to explain technical concepts to large users in clear terms.
Proven program management skills and experience.
Strong critical thinking and ability to drive efficiency.
Experience engaging with executive stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver program management expertise based on Stripe products and best practices.
Drive adoption of deployment practices and provide insights for product adoption.
Maintain governance for requirements in line with scope and objectives.
Oversee integration of Stripe products into user architectures and timelines.
Proactively manage risk, issues, and decisions with stakeholders.
Liaise between users and Stripe Product/Engineering to align roadmaps.
Ensure smooth transition of capabilities into operation and handover to Support.
Contribute to a global community of practitioners for ongoing improvement.
