Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers serving the Greater China region, building and expanding relationships with the most complex enterprise merchants and guiding strategic initiatives to scale revenue.

You will recruit, train, and coach the team, set the long-term vision and key metrics, work cross-functionally to tailor Stripe solutions to client needs, and travel to Greater China to deepen executive engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of customer success management or account management or sales experience
• 3-5 years of people management experience
• Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance Customer Success team
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to work with China-based merchants
• Experience scaling a technology sales or account management team

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Success Managers for the Greater China region
• Recruit, train, and coach the team to achieve ambitious growth targets
• Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team and drive metrics
