Job summary

Portcast is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in Singapore to own enterprise relationships end-to-end. You’ll lead discovery, drive adoption, manage renewals, and expand accounts with cross-functional teams including Sales and Data/Engineering.

The role demands strong communication, stakeholder management, and a track record of revenue growth from existing customers. You’ll work with Portcast to turn data into decisions, deliver measurable business impact, and maintain trusted advisor

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a commercial, customer-facing role in logistics or logistics-tech.
• Pre-sales or solutions background is highly valued.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding and global logistics workflows.
• Comfort engaging with C-suite and enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Lead discovery to understand goals, workflows, and pain points for expansion.
• Be a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Identify and drive expansion with Sales for upsell/cross-sell.
• Triage customer questions, coordinate with Data team, and communicate resolutions.
• Run QBRs and success plans to drive adoption and revenue growth.
